Learn how to create burgers with a spicy avocado sauce and grilled onions from this easy to follow recipe.
Method
- 1Combine avocado, Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cilantro, cayenne pepper sauce, grated lime peel and lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.
- 2Shape ground beef into 8 patties. Season, if desired, with salt. Grill or broil burgers and onion, turning once, until burgers are desired doneness and onion is tender, about 7 minutes.
- 3Chop grilled onions, then stir into mayonnaise mixture. Top buns with lettuce and, if desired, sliced tomato. Top lettuce with burgers, then avocado mixture.
