  • Margarita Chicken

  • Preparartion Time: 10 minutes, plus 1 hour to marinate

    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Ingredients
    • 2 large chicken breasts
    • 1/3 cup tequila
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 lime (quartered)
    Steps
    1. In a zip lock bag, add chicken, tequila, salt and pepper.
    2. Squeeze out the air in the bag and seal.
    3. Toss around a little to mix and coat.
    4. Let marinate in fridge for about an hour.
    5. Preheat grill to medium/high.
    6. Remove chicken from liquid and dispose of liquid.
    7. Grill chicken for about 30 minutes, until cooked through.
    8. Watch for flare ups, because the chicken may be a little flamable at first.
    9. Remove cooked chicken from the grill and plate.
    10. Squeeze a quarter of lime over the chicken.
    11. Lightly salt and pepper to taste.
